Snapino® is composed of the Snapino® Module (with Arduino UNO) and Snap Circuits®, making prototyping circuit designs a snap—no need for breadboarding. This kit includes a manual with 20 projects that introduce students to Arduino coding with prewritten sketches (programs) using the 14 Snap Circuits® components (resistors, diodes, etc.). These projects provide an excellent introduction to circuits and programming. In addition, there are sketches written for Snapino® using other Snap Circuits® sets for hours of additional fun and education. Arduino microcontrollers are programmed in C using the Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE) application. Note: The Snapino® Module includes an Arduino UNO circuit board with standard features and is compatible with Arduino shields and other components. The Arduino UNO is a microcontroller and programmable for performing different tasks, monitoring, and making things happen. In addition, Snapino® is compatible with other Snap Circuits® sets to make larger circuits.
